Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic HR policy, procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations and ensure its implementation.
∎ Face social compliance audit from top international buyers including Adidas, VF Asia, Uniqlo etc.
∎ Plan, communicate and implement corrective action plans.
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Human resource planning.
∎ Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety and welfare.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, industrial relationship, welfare, work environment safety and compliance etc.
