Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduation Diploma on HR will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: General Administration

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory Compliance, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory operations and Admin, HR & Compliance related activities;
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of Administrative functions of the factory;
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals;
∎ Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards;
∎ Conduct internal audit & CAP development with root cause analysis;
∎ Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company;
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating to smooth functioning of store, production management, staff’s management, compliance and providing appropriate constructive feedback regarding their performance;
∎ Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers' visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit;
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere with buyers' compliance instruction;
∎ Have to ensure production and shipment as per planning;
∎ Handle all kinds of company pending legal issues;
∎ Ensure logistic & administrative support to increase productivity;
∎ Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner;
∎ Communicate with the concerns in Head Office for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues;
∎ Ensuring a healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment;
∎ Designing and establishing performance record tracking system;
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations day-to-day operation;
∎ Sound knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, CT-PAT, ISO (QMS) Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law relevant to garments sector;
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015;
∎ Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct;
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different certification;
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate;
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English;
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
