Job Context:

∎ This position is responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities, directing & supervising sales operation to ensure profit maximization and meeting the sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management predominantly in local market
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services to influence purchase
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate services that meet their specifications
∎ Collaborate with the operations head to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
∎ Ensure B2B objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
∎ Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Corporate accounts management & new business development
∎ Use all kind of business sales tools (e.g Digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email, one to one sale and so on) for meeting the sales target.
∎ Expand Business Horizontally & Vertically and Identify opportunities for client growth
∎ Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting business monthly, quarterly, yearly on the basis of clients
∎ Strong follow-up of client's requirements & feedback
∎ Continuous follow up with operations & accounts team for all kind or business execution and development
∎ Reporting to supervisor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly of business activities
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Produce accurate statements, diagrams, graphical representations of business growth, feasibility, business development scope and projection where the business is heading
∎ Analyse business competitors and market trend and take action accordingly to achieve target
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients and close the sales
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges
∎ Update continuously on technology
