∎ This position is responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities, directing & supervising sales operation to ensure profit maximization and meeting the sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Business Development: Explore and identify new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector, both in B2B and B2C markets. Expand the business horizontally and vertically, identifying opportunities for client growth.
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales programs and strategies to achieve sales targets. Utilize various sales tools, including digital marketing, SMS marketing, email campaigns, and one-on-one sales, to meet objectives.
∎ Client Engagement: Visit clients and hold meetings to understand their needs and discuss how our services can meet their requirements. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to influence purchase decisions.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct surveys and research to gather market trends and potential leads. Analyse sales data to provide reports to management, aiding in decision-making.
∎ Budget and Forecasting: Prepare periodic budgets and sales forecasts, presenting them to management for review. Collaborate with operations to align strategies for improving sales and company performance.
∎ Corporate Accounts Management: Manage and nurture corporate accounts while actively seeking new business development opportunities within existing client relationships.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on business activities to your supervisor.
∎ Negotiation: Develop negotiation strategies and positions by analysing potential ventures and their alignment with company strategies and operations.
∎ Team Leadership: Direct and lead the sales team to meet revenue goals. Identify and address training needs within the department.
∎ Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by meeting with clients regularly and addressing their needs and concerns.
