∎ This position is responsible for exploring and developing new business opportunities in the facilities management industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management, predominantly in the local market.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services to influence purchase
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate services that meet their specifications.
∎ Ensure B2B objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Act as employee of containing company target to be achieved within the time frame.
∎ Use all kind of business sales tools (e.g., digital marketing, SMS marketing, Email, one-to-one sales, and so on) to meet the sales target.
∎ monthly, quarterly, or yearly on the basis of clients
∎ Strong follow-up of client’s requirements & feedback
∎ Continuous follow up with the operations and accounts team for all kinds of business execution and development
∎ Reporting to the supervisor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business activities
∎ Analyze business competitors and market trends and take action accordingly to achieve the target.
∎ Continuous follow up with existing and new clients and closing the sales
∎ Visit to clients as per business requirements and schedule
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context and challenges
∎ Update continuously on technology.

∎ able to drive a motorcycle.
