∎ This position is responsible to ensure all kinds of operational activities of the Business Unit & Projects to achieve the Business Goal professionally and profitably.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an Operations Manager for our Janitorial Services division, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your responsibilities will span various aspects, including cost analysis, budgeting, business planning, and team management. Here's a concise overview of your key duties:
∎ Cost Management :
∎ Identify and analyze cost factors related to manpower, equipment, chemicals, and materials.
∎ Assist in preparing estimates and bids for new projects.
∎ Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
∎ Business Planning & Management
∎ Collaborate in planning, budgeting, and reviewing yearly business operation plans.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to adapt our operations accordingly.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and project heads.
∎ Team Management
∎ Set, monitor, and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members aligned with business goals.
∎ Ensure discipline and grooming standards are upheld for office and project team members.
∎ Oversee training and development programs for janitors and team members.
∎ Conduct pre-deployment training for various roles within the team.
∎ Resource Management :
∎ Ensure proper stock management of chemicals and equipment for uninterrupted business operations.
∎ Administer the safe-keeping and maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery at project sites.
∎ Coordinate effective purchasing of chemicals and equipment for projects.
∎ Reporting & Communication :
∎ Regularly report operational performance, client feedback, observations, and recommendations to the Managing Director.
∎ Conduct facility tours and inspections, addressing issues and scheduling repairs as needed
∎ Cross Functional Coordination : Foster coordination and motivation among various functions, including operations, marketing, and HR, at project sites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in the operation of Cleaning & Security company .

Salary: Negotiable
