• Personal motorcycle and valid motorcycle license are mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Confidence to take challenge.        

• Expert in data entry both Bangla and English.

• Capable of handling a large number of guarding operations across multiple areas.

• Ensure daily morning operational reporting from all zones.

• Plan and execute weekly/monthly operational deployments, development of existing projects, supervision, etc.

• Ensure regular checks on security and armed guards by the respective Patrol Officer and Operation Officer, both day and night.

• Ensure smooth guarding operation services for different clients, such as banking, industrial, corporate, universities, hospitals, etc.

• Prepare and submit a daily/weekly client visit schedule and feedback report to the senior management.

• Oversee the recruitment of security and armed guards, provide proper training, and ensure timely deployment to their respective posts.

• This is a primary task of the Operations Department.

• Address operational issues, providing problem-solving solutions and reporting to superiors.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
