Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure overall security of office premises, safeguarding company property and assets from unauthorized access, theft, loss, or damage.
Conduct regular patrols of office premises (interior and exterior) to maintain effective security control.
Lead, supervise, and train the security team to ensure disciplined, professional, and efficient security operations.
Liaise with police, fire service, ambulance, and other emergency services as required.
Investigate and report security incidents, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Maintain control of office keys and ensure proper security documentation, including visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.
Proactively identify security risks and implement preventive measures.
Ensure a safe, secure, and orderly working environment for employees and visitors.
Perform any other security-related duties as assigned by management.
