Experience:
1. Schedule service appointments for customers based on their availability and the service center's capacity.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing any questions they may have about their vehicles.
3. Checking the Condition of the Vehicle with Customer Before Starting the Repair. Communicate these findings to customers and recommend necessary repairs or services.
4. Prepare cost estimates for repairs and services, including parts and labor costs. Explain these estimates to customers and obtain approval before proceeding with any work.
5. Provide customers with recommendations for routine maintenance services based on the manufacturer's guidelines and the vehicle's service history.
6. Order necessary parts and materials for repairs and services, ensuring that they are genuine Hyundai parts to maintain the quality and integrity of the vehicle.
7. Checking vehicle condition and Delivering Vehicle after Competition Repair Work.
8.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, service recommendations, repairs performed, and any warranty claims processed.
10. Emergency Service Team Sent to Outside for Brake Down Service.
11. Assist customers with warranty claims for eligible repairs and services covered under Hyundai's warranty program.
