Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in vehicle inspection, fleet management, operations monitoring, or quality assurance preferred.
Strong reporting and documentation skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong knowledge of vehicle exterior inspection and condition assessment.
High attention to detail and strong observation skills.
Ability to identify visual and structural defects in vehicles.

The Fleet QA Officer is primarily responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and preparing vehicles prior to operational deployment for Cash-in-Transit (CIT) services. The incumbent will assess vehicles before purchase, determine their suitability for CIT operations, and oversee required reconditioning to ensure compliance with operational and corporate standards.
The role also includes supervising branding implementation, beautification, and conducting regular quality inspections to maintain fleet readiness and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Acquisition Vehicle Inspection
Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles prior to purchase for CIT operational use.
Identify structural, cosmetic, or compliance-related deficiencies.
Assess vehicle condition, durability, structural integrity, branding feasibility, and compliance with CIT operational standards.
Evaluate the vehicle's potential for modification and operational deployment in CIT services.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with clear recommendations for approval, conditional approval, or rejection.
Vehicle Reconditioning
Oversee and coordinate necessary reconditioning of approved vehicles before deployment, including:
Repair of structural or interior and exterior defects and modification
Bodywork, repainting, polishing, rust coating, and cosmetic improvements
Ensuring operational modifications meet company standards
Ensure that each purchased vehicle is thoroughly prepared to meet showroom display standards
Verify that reconditioned vehicles meet required operational and branding standards prior to deployment.
Branding and Corporate Image Compliance
Verify that company logos, stickers, identification markings, and branding elements are properly displayed and correctly positioned.
Ensure branding materials are not faded, damaged, peeled, or improperly installed.
Recommend and coordinate necessary beautification work including repainting, rebranding, polishing, or exterior enhancement where required.
Ensure all operational vehicles consistently reflect the company's corporate identity and professional standards.
Regular Vehicle Inspection
Ensure proper vehicle handover and collection, and maintain accurate records of each vehicle's condition and handover details.
Conduct detailed physical inspections of all CIT vehicles on a regular and scheduled basis.
Perform comprehensive vehicle scanning covering exterior condition, body integrity, paint quality, branding visibility, and overall presentation.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean, professional, and presentable condition at all times.
Problem Identification and Resolution Coordination
Identify structural, cosmetic, or branding-related issues during inspections.
Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting deficiencies and required corrective actions.
Report problems to management promptly.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to relevant departments to ensure timely rectification.
Follow up to ensure corrective measures are completed effectively.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed inspection checklists and records for all vehicles.
Prepare and submit periodic inspection and compliance reports.
Maintain documentation related to vehicle condition history and corrective actions taken.
Escalate critical risks or non-compliance issues to management immediately.
