Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the activities of Field Supervision Staffs
∎ Daily ops report submission
∎ Client visits
∎ Post visits
∎ Collection of receivables
∎ Duty roster checking and submission
∎ Respond to clients’ call and troubleshooting
∎ Declaration of authorized/unauthorized leave, desertion, resignation
∎ Performing special activities as and when assigned by the management.
