Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in graduation.

Minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC.

Candidates with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be given preference.

Fluent in English & Bengali (spoken and written).



Responsibilities & Context:

The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the premier Airline in the country will hire self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic personnel to work as "Executive- Security Admin" in its Security Department.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct shift-wise flight observations, focusing on arrival flight surveillance and comprehensive ground reporting.

  2. Collect and analyze ground data, monitoring the activities and movements of the shift-in-charge, and ensuring accurate reporting.

  3. Perform regular inspections of all duty posts to identify any misconduct, suspicious activities, or lapses in assigned security personnel responsibilities.

  4. Supervise security operations, including mobile checks, vehicle inspections, and baggage handling for all eligible employees within HSIA.

  5. Conduct inspections of external posts and report any security violations or suspicious observations involving personnel across all departments.

  6. Collaborate with internal intelligence teams at both domestic and international counters to enhance security oversight.

  7. Coordinate with Executive Admins of the Security Department for organizing administrative operations, annual Security Week, and other departmental programs.

  8. Identify training gaps among assigned security personnel through regular duty post visits and observations.

  9. Support internal audits and IOSA audits in collaboration with the Manager - Security and Admin team under the guidance of the Chief of Security.

  10. Conduct daily inspectional visits and prepare incident reports promptly.

  11. Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief of Security, with direct reporting to the Chief.
