Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications
∎ Evaluate current production processes of Squaring & Polishing and recommendation for improvement areas
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for Squaring & Polishing departments
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
∎ Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to run Squaring & Polishing department smoothly
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
∎ Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
∎ Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
∎ Ensure that finished products meet quality standards as required specifications
∎ Troubleshoot Squaring & Polishing related machineries and provide technical support to maintenance team to ensure maximum efficiency of the machineries
∎ Setting parameter to Squaring & Polishing department machineries for better quality
∎ Experience in erection and commissioning work for new machineries
∎ Resolve intra & Inter department issues and transmit unresolved issues to COO, Production accordingly
∎ Coordinate and report to the management as necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience more than 12 years in relevant industries
∎ Industrial experience (Production) in reputed company in different countries will get preference
