This role is designed for a highly experienced software professional with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in application development, preferably within a software company or banking environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter or backend systems using Java/C#. At least 4 years of practical experience in Flutter development is essential, along with a solid grasp of coding architectures, state management, and performance optimization. The position demands technical leadership, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
  Architect and develop high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter or backend systems using Java/C#.

• Technical Leadership:
  Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in designing and delivering new features with a focus on technical excellence.

• Code Quality & Optimization:
  Ensure code maintainability and performance through rigorous reviews, architectural best practices, and proactive optimization.

• Problem Resolution:
  Troubleshoot and resolve critical bottlenecks and bugs to enhance system reliability and user experience.

• Clean Architecture & State Management:
  Implement architectures such as MVC and CLEAN, and manage app states using RiverPOD or BLOC.

• API Integration & Version Control:
  Integrate applications with backend services using RESTful APIs and manage codebases via Git.

• Documentation & Best Practices:
  Champion clean, well-documented, and testable code to maintain codebase quality and team productivity.

• Technology Exploration:
  Continuously explore and recommend emerging technologies and trends in Flutter and backend development.
