Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise all service activities for industrial generators and marine engines, especially Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, John Deere or equivalent brands.
Plan and execute major repairs, preventive maintenance and complete overhauls, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Handle client communication, understand technical requirements and provide professional advice and solutions.
Prepare accurate costing, budgets, and technical-commercial offers to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Arrange and source spare parts, tools, and expert technicians as needed for each job.
Monitor job progress, maintain service records and report on department performance to management.
Coach, guide and motivate the service team to maintain a positive, safety-conscious and customer-focused work culture.
