• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Marine Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Diploma in Power
• Diploma in Marine Engineering

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Lead and supervise all service activities for industrial generators and marine engines, especially Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, John Deere or equivalent brands.​

• Plan and execute major repairs, preventive maintenance and complete overhauls, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.​

• Handle client communication, understand technical requirements and provide professional advice and solutions.​

• Prepare accurate costing, budgets, and technical-commercial offers to meet revenue and profitability targets.​

• Arrange and source spare parts, tools, and expert technicians as needed for each job.​

• Monitor job progress, maintain service records and report on department performance to management.​

• Coach, guide and motivate the service team to maintain a positive, safety-conscious and customer-focused work culture.​
