- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and client experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.
- Suggest improvements to make our customer service even better.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage day-to-day service operations.
- Provide daily report to HR department.
