Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution: Ability to develop, implement, and scale SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Technical SEO: Strong understanding of site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits
Keyword Strategy & Search Intent: Expertise in keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping to drive content and ranking performance
Content Strategy & Optimisation: Managing and optimising SEO-driven content across landing pages, blogs, and conversion funnels
Local & Multi-Location SEO: Experience managing local SEO campaigns across multiple regions and business units
SEO Tools & Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Ability to track, analyse, and report on rankings, traffic, and key SEO KPIs
Link Building & Authority Growth: Developing ethical backlink strategies and digital PR initiatives
Lead Funnel Strategy: Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end lead generation funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention) aligned with SEO and content strategies
Lead Ads Management: Experience in managing and optimising lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with organic growth and conversion objectives
Team Leadership & Development: Managing, mentoring, and scaling SEO, content, and analytics teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment
Enterprise SEO & Scalability (Head Level): Driving large-scale SEO strategies across multiple brands, domains, or markets
Commercial Impact: Aligning SEO with lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Integrated Growth Strategy: Ensuring SEO, paid media (lead ads), and funnel optimisation work cohesively to maximise ROI
