Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue Generation: Identify and acquire liability business opportunities focusing on multinational clients and other private & public sector clients who require cash management solutions. Consider both short and long term opportunities for the business and initiate actions to capitalize on them. Improve portfolio profitability by offering collection & payment solutions and interest and non-interest bearing transactional account and term deposits. Plan ahead to adhere to departmental budget. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and Value Added Services in order to deepen Wallet Share. Train & enable branch banking teams to refer prospective cash management clients
∎ Relationship Management: Negotiate with customers in order to grow deposit base. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase wallet–share while maintaining existing funds at low cost. Visit clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis in order to identify growing needs of the client and enhance relationship with clients. Coordinate with all relevant unit/department for onboarding new client or executing customers’ requests, requirements and complains.
∎ Product Development: Generate ideas for new product and solutions that will lead to significant business impact. Formulate pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts. Develop new products and solutions that are attractive to both existing and new to bank clients. Interact with potential customers to understand the technical requirements for system integration for cash management products.
∎ Customer Service: Respond to client queries and requests in a timely manner. Propose new ways of improving customer service. Give demonstration of Cash Management Systems to branches in order to improve delivery and service. Ensure strict adherence to client query resolution TAT.
∎ Compliance: Adhere to internal policies. Minimize requests for deferrals. Close deferrals within stipulated time. Adhere to policies set forth by external regulators. Identify and raise all AML (Anti Money Laundering) related issues. Maintain Client Confidentiality & adhere to DLP (Data Leakage Policy) of the bank at all times. Ensure actions are consistent with words. Ensure that communication is clear and backed with facts and figures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of banking experience with 2 years of experience in relevant area with knowledge of local corporate markets, capital market and custodial services is preferable.
∎ Ability to understand clients’ needs
∎ Proactive and good at networking
∎ Capacity to negotiate with clients.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
