∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Managment, Store Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage efficient Store operations through effective management systems, SOPs, the Kanban method, FIFO and LIFO systems etc and continuously improve the efficiency of Store operations.
∎ Lead, manage and supervise a team through KPI-based PMS, coaching, and mentoring.
∎ Ensure all reception/delivery of goods/materials are in line with SOPs, duly documented and posted in ERP software.
∎ Review daily, weekly, and monthly and annual inventory and closing reports.
∎ Monitor the effective tracking system for goods/materials- both computerized and physical system, e.g, Kanban method, BIN card and rack number.
∎ Ensure periodic audits to cross-check physical stock with software inventory report.
∎ Monitor the status of all left over and scrap items and coordinate with all concerned Departments to initiate action for disposal as per SOP.
∎ Monitor implementation of safety protocols, Quality / Compliance activities in Store operations and the housekeeping as per 5S principles.
∎ Ensure all audit requirements are maintained in the Store for GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS and OEKO-TEX etc.
