Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate from any reputed University.
∎ Supply Chain Management Certified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist production & process of general maintenance on Raw materials, spares parts, packing material and production material.
∎ To maintain day to day spares consumption of MO.
∎ To maintain & checking M.O listing cost center wise as per production plan.
∎ Monthly Raw materials consumption booking as per box feeder loading.
∎ First, Slow, Non-moving items identify.
∎ Disposal of scrap materials from scrap yard.
∎ Keeping the Store area clean.
∎ M.O report send to management when required.
∎ Raw materials warehouse maintain as per production wise.
∎ Prepare GRN.
∎ Prepare store requisition (S.R).
∎ Pending PR monitoring & check with purchase department.
∎ PR wise Oracle ERP module check.
∎ Local or imported materials checking.
∎ Training of handling tools/ firefighting & fire equipment use procedure.
∎ Maintain of FEFO, FIFO, Weight Average method.
∎ ABC method maintain.
∎ 5’s System implementation.
∎ Safety stock maintain.
∎ Damaged, repairable and useable parts keep separate ledger.
∎ Daily / Monthly / yearly report prepared and checked & sent to line manager.
∎ Training and supervised full time store personnel.
∎ Assisted manager in all areas of resets, re-models, re-locations, and new store operations.
∎ Dead item identification.
∎ All the time closely monitor, co-ordinate & co-operation with line manager, accounts, Purchase, audit team, factory staff, factory labor, Security dept. & management.
∎ To be maintain inventory levels minimum, re-order level.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire store department operations.
∎ And any other work when assign by Line Manager.
∎ Monthly Functions:
∎ Prepare month end closing report of Raw and packing materials, spare parts.
∎ Inventory of RAW, PACK and spare parts (if need).
∎ All materials receiving challan/invoice (vat related) handover to factory Vat office.
∎ Pending PR (Purchase requisition) monitoring & check with purchase department.
∎ Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining at the store.
∎ Training new employees and providing ongoing education for employees.
∎ Evaluating staff based on performance-based metrics.
∎ Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
∎ planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are used to achieve organizational success and store goal.
∎ Yearly Functions:
∎ Prepare of yearly report of all materials.
∎ Prepare of ABC Analysis report.
∎ FSN Analysis.
∎ By optimizing inventory levels, reduce the risk of common inventory issues, from high storage costs to out-of-stock items.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of relevant experience out of which 4-5 years in similar position and 10 years of relevant experience out of which 2-3 years in similar position from any Ceramic Industry.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory.
