Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and oversee all aspects of security and transport operations within our knit composite garments company.
∎ Develop and implement security protocols and measures to safeguard personnel, property, and assets.
∎ Manage security personnel and contractors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate security threats.
∎ Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems to maintain a secure environment.
∎ Manage the company's transportation fleet and logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Oversee driver management, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
∎ Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with transportation and security regulations.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for the security and transport departments.
∎ Foster a culture of safety, security awareness, and continuous improvement among employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and transport management within the knit composite garments industry.
∎ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate security and transport teams.
∎ Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and transportation logistics.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using security and transport management software and tools.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly security and transport practices is a plus.
∎ Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
