• Lead and manage day-to-day sea export operations effectively and efficiently.

• Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation in compliance with international regulations.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with carriers and shipping lines to ensure competitive rates and space availability.

• Communicate effectively with overseas agents to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and ensure smooth cargo flow.

• Drive business development initiatives and grow the sea export network to increase market share.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

• Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Lead and motivate the sea export team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
