Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage day-to-day sea export operations effectively and efficiently.
Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation in compliance with international regulations.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with carriers and shipping lines to ensure competitive rates and space availability.
Communicate effectively with overseas agents to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and ensure smooth cargo flow.
Drive business development initiatives and grow the sea export network to increase market share.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Lead and motivate the sea export team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
