• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• University of Dhaka students will get preference

Freight Forwarding Business Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 21 to 49 years
• Only Male

Skills & Competencies:Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, data handling).

Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Adaptability to changing business environments.

Professional, gentle, and courteous behavior.

Achieve assigned periodic sales targets.

Develop and manage agents to enhance sales performance.

Collect and manage sales leads, distribute to agents, and ensure timely follow-up.

Procure freight forwarding business from both local and overseas markets.

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports.

Support management with new business strategies and marketing initiatives.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Terms & Conditions

• The employee is expected to achieve sales performance equivalent to at least three (2) times their monthly salary. But over two times get incentive facility with conditions.

• The employee must strictly adhere to all company compliance policies ( Single Shipment No Credit )

• If Chain Shipment or Series Shipment can get Credit Facility

• No KB/or Speed Money for Accelerate business.

• The employee is required to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and conduct at all times.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
