Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Airfreight Manager to join our growing logistics team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in airfreight export operations, pricing, and airline relationships, along with a strong ability to maintain operational excellence and deliver stable sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage airfreight export operations efficiently and accurately.
• The achievement of periodic sales targets is mandatory.
• Handle pricing and rate negotiations with airlines and service providers.
• Ensure competitive buying capacity and maintain strong airline relationships.
• Maintain proper documentation for all airfreight export activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with overseas agents and partners.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Monitor and control operational compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and shipment handling.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth targets.
