∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices for freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.
∎ Accounts Receivable & Payable: Monitor receivables and payables; ensure timely collection and disbursement of payments.
∎ Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements and manage transaction records.
∎ Financial Record Keeping: Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial documentation as per company standards.
∎ Documentation Review: Verify shipping documents such as BL, AWB, and invoices to ensure proper billing and compliance.
∎ Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and analysis for management.
∎ Compliance & Audits: Assist with internal and external audits; ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
∎ Coordination with Operations: Collaborate with operations team to validate charges and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Customer Support: Respond to client queries related to billing, collections, and payment reconciliations.
∎ Other Jobs as required by Management
