Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve assigned periodic sales targets
- Develop and manage agents to enhance sales performance
- Collect and manage sales leads, distribute to agents, and ensure timely follow-up
- Procure freight forwarding business from both local and overseas markets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage
- Prepare periodic sales and market performance reports
- Support management with new business strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
