• Strong technical knowledge of lingerie construction, patterns, molding, wire & elastic techniques, and fabrics (lace, mesh, microfiber, cotton blends, etc.).

• Proven ability to handle international buyers.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and PLM systems will be an advantage.

Buyer Experience: Kontoor Brands/OVS/Damart  

• Oversee all operations of the Garments Sample Room Specially Bra items including sample production, quality control, and staff management.

• Interpret buyer tech packs, specifications, and comments to develop accurate samples. Planning, controlling and monitoring of the whole sample procedure for on time delivery.

• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to translate design concepts into physical prototypes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of sample orders, meeting deadlines and production schedules.

• To communicate with merchandiser regularly & collect update information about all kinds sample issues.

• Time to Time attend in Buyers meeting in aspect of sample related issue.

• Sample approval information provide to planning and production dept.

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all samples meet company standards and customer requirements.

• Analyze & apply easiest making procedure on sample developing stage & confirm by buyer approval.

• Ensure technical & compliance issues in the sample area.

• Manage inventory of sample materials and supplies, optimizing stock levels to support sample production.
