Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cad Software, Sample, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the sample development process. Planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Preparation of different samples and getting the buyer's approval.
∎ Preparing the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation
∎ Provide technical solutions related to sewing /cutting which might arise from sample.
∎ Informing quality-related problems encountered during preparing samples to QC.
∎ Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirement of the customers while sample developing.
∎ Motivate and retain sample room operators to meet the customer demand
∎ Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues
∎ Communicate with the vendors, pattern makers and technicians for all sample related issues to ensure quality standards are achieved.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and leadership skills are prerequisites for the position;
∎ Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have working experience with reputed garments and knowledge regarding different types of sewing machine operation
∎ Computer literacy is a must exclusively in an office package.

Salary: Negotiable
