Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Manager (Sales & Marketing) who must have min 5-8 years experience in the Bangladesh Housing Industry ( For land Sale).
∎ Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate Must Be Do Their Duty Perfectly And Boots The Sales.
∎ Inbound & Out bound phone calls.
∎ To take challenges & achieve sales target.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Follow up daily information.
∎ Outdoor marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality.
∎ Good command over English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill must (Microsoft office in Bangla type is mandatory).

Salary: Negotiable
