• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Opex Model, Solar products, IPP Project, Digital Marketing .

• Setup a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share with customer satisfaction.

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

• Understanding and developing budgets, expenditures, research and development and profit loss projections.

• Create brand awareness and positioning.

• Handling social media, public relation efforts and content marketing.

• Online and offline marketing ability.

• Prepare reasonable Marketing Strategy.

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly target & collection.

• Keeping records of all sales & marketing activities.

• Responsible for managing client relationship.

• Regular follow-up to the clients.

• Good communication & negotiation skills.

• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity.

• Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.

• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

• Ability to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.

• Setup company objectives and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities and pricing strategies.

• Identify potential clients and inform them to our products and services.

• Properly maintain the growth the company’s sales pipeline, forecast sales out, time sales to close, and forecast revenue.
