Objective of the Position
The Branding & Communication Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing G-Tech Solution Ltd. communication, branding, media, and visibility activities to ensure consistent institutional messaging, enhanced public engagement, and effective donor and stakeholder communication.
Scope of Work and Responsibilities:
A. External Communication & Media Relations
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with G-Tech Solution Ltd. mission, programs, and donor requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with media houses, journalists, development partners, and external stakeholders.
• Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, website content, and public statements.
• Act as focal point for donor, partner, and public communications in coordination with management.
B. Branding & Institutional Visibility
• Ensure consistent use of G-Tech Solution Ltd. branding across all platforms, publications, and events.
• Maintain and update branding guidelines, templates, and visual identity materials.
• Design and oversee development of brochures, reports, banners, event materials, and other promotional content.
• Support G-Tech Solution Ltd. visibility in national and international forums, workshops, and exhibitions.
C. Digital Media & Online Presence
• Manage and regularly update G-Tech Solution Ltd. website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and publish engaging digital content, including articles, graphics, and short videos.
• Monitor digital engagement, analytics, and reach, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all online communications.
D. Event Communication & Promotion
• Plan and coordinate branding, media coverage, and communication for G-Tech Solution Ltd. events and programs.
• Ensure high-quality documentation of events, including photography, videography, and reporting.
• Support live communication and post-event dissemination of key messages and outcomes.
E. Internal Communication
• Support communication between the Board, Secretariat, and G-Tech Solution Ltd. members.
• Draft and circulate internal notices, meeting briefs, announcements, and updates as required.
• Assist in preparing communication materials for meetings.
F. Deliverables
• Communication and branding strategy and periodic updates
• Regular media releases, newsletters, and website updates
• Social media content and analytics reports
• Event communication and documentation materials
• Donor-ready communication outputs and visibility records
G. Performance Evaluation
Performance will be evaluated annually based on:
• Quality and timeliness of communication outputs
