Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Master's (qualification will be consider against of enough work experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing Marketing & Sales for accessories & packeging .
∎ Develop new customers to achieve half year/yearly sales target
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning for sales/target, including operational excellence.
∎ Follow the update on bulk accessories production status, sampling information being provided.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to TNA to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Sound knowledge in commercial issues including payment collections is a routine work.
∎ Daily , weekly & monthly follow up chart preparations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and achieve target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and decision making.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead the business.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is must.

Salary: Negotiable
