∎ At least 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Building Materials, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Steel, Electric Wire/Cable, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales (wires) in preparation of annual sales plan of LRPC and ACSR wires product, formulate the strategies and implement the same.
∎ Define & cascade strategies to achieve the annual sales plan.
∎ Ensure that the departmental polices & guidelines are developed, reviewed, updated and maintained to align the operational activities.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to team on sales strategy, based on knowledge of market characteristics and fulfill key account requirements.
∎ Play an analytical role, conducts research and gathers data on the consumers, prospective clients, the market, and competitive environment in order to identify key improvement areas in key account management of wires product.
∎ Track the pipeline projects of Govt./Semi-Govt./Local mega infrastructure and suitability of BSRM Wires products.
∎ Create monthly plan of the team & cascade targets to the zonal sales based on annual sales plan.
∎ Develop relationship with potential customers & identify possible key accounts.
∎ Contribute to strategic decisions such as product pricing, market & competitor activity, sales technique, annual operating plan creation, profitability, etc with sales head.
∎ Monitor processes of timely collection of payment from customers, provide support & perform timely escalation of outstanding issues.

∎ Minimum 13 years of working experience in related functional field preferably in similar industry.
