Knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards is preferred.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration for fire extinguisher products.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and sell fire extinguisher products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners to expand the company`s presence in target markets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new fire extinguisher products and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and trade shows, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities, achievements, and challenges.
