∎ MBA/ Masters in Marketing/Management from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up monthly and yearly sales target for field sales force in consultation with Head of Sales and ensure the targets are aligned with business goal
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and strategies and generate counter ideas to stay ahead of competition
∎ Monitor the freezer injection, pullout and redeployment as per business requirements
∎ Monitor distributors' appointment and termination process and relevant compliance
∎ Analyze, create and update Brand/ SKU comparison and performance report as per business requirement
∎ Conceptualize and propose different policies for sales team and distributors to help achieve business result

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 - 7 years in FMCG industry
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision and so on)
