∎ MBA or Masters in Marketing/Management from reputed university is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly sales target for field sales force and provide input in ERP
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and generate counter ideas, and execute them within specific time
∎ Increase market coverage by fridge injection enhancement by specific percentage and update deep freezer redeployment and pull out report in ERP
∎ Managing distributors' appointment and termination process
∎ Implementation of Web Store with complete compliance to specification
∎ Monitoring agreements of maintenance and renewal of fridge
∎ Analyze, Create and Update Brand/ SKU comparison & tracking
∎ Plan and execute trade promotions in coordination with related departments
∎ Time to time market visit and generate different market visit reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 - 8 years in FMCG industry
∎ Must have experience of professional ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision, etc.)
