Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Keep track of the cafe inventory.
∎ -Ensure employees keep up with their cleaning assignments, ensure the cafe is clean at all times.
∎ -Handle customer disputes professionally and keep up the brand name.
∎ -Supervise employees during their service.
∎ -Find replacements for employees who call out.
∎ -Be in charge of coffee shop staff shift planning.
∎ -Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ -Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
∎ -Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery and toilet cleaning when and if needed.
∎ -Communicate well all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
∎ -Fluent in English and Bangla.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ -Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cafe manager in a high volume good cafe.
∎ -Good organization and administrative skills.
∎ -Excellent attention to detail.
∎ -Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ -Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Weekly one day off will be provided.
