Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives.
∎ Forecasts requirement of products, schedule distribution, analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions in order to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
∎ Develops processes for receiving product, utilizing equipment, and managing inventory.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Should be able to visit offices around Bangladesh to ensure smooth operations
∎ Need to make strategic decisions on business expansions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master's Bachelor's degree in Business or any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ At least 3-4 years of work experience in relevant filed. E-commerce experience is preferred.
∎ Obtaining solid experience in retail management, supply chain and commercial experience.
∎ Previous experience of managing a big team is a must.
∎ Entrepreneurial attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions.
∎ Thorough understanding of business management, forecasting strategies and techniques.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Demonstrated senior presence and strong leadership.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
