Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Agents/Zonal Managers/Field Officers/Sales Officers in the assigned Region.
∎ Ensure financial inclusion and financial literacy through agent Points.
∎ Achieving monthly sales targets of the assigned Region.
∎ Coaching and counseling for Agents, Filed officers for attaining Sales and compliance target.
∎ Lead generation and on-boarding of potential agents.
∎ Ensuring regular training of Agents and Field Officers/Sales Officers.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 06-10 years' experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
