Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the loop hole in the present system and work for continuous development to achieve the highest quality and standard.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Take responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Set Q.A team and ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible to assure overall production quality as fixed standard.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Setting internal standards as per the customer standards and follow accordingly to achieve the standards.
∎ Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood & followed.
∎ Initiate systems to improve the quality if necessary.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Ability to Communicate Effectively.
∎ Ability to lead and manage team.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross function.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ Problem solving and decision making
