Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor Quality, IQC, knit, QMS and Technical Audit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Quality Management System as per the SOP and Continuous assessment and up gradation to be followed with QMS Team along with AGM (QA)
∎ Attend all the issues related to quality along with floor level and with the buyer
∎ Ensure the factory is prepared for technical audit to be conducted by second as well as third party
∎ In case of corrective action ensure required remedial measures are taken and communicated with the concerned and it is to be with in the given time frame
∎ Active involvement in setting process standard at various levels that shows complete responsibilities of Quality related activities
∎ Conduct TNA in Co-ordination with HR and conduct training program.
∎ Conduct assessment to ensure effectiveness of the training
∎ Set KPI for subordinates and follow-up required action plan.
∎ Participate in annual appraisal.
∎ Provide guidance, mentoring to junior team member for succession planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English and Computer
