Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for maintaining GPQ System of the buyer
∎ Deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit.
∎ Plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with buyers and production people.
∎ Proven capability to understand different buyers' different specification & requirements.
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality & Merchandising department.
∎ Arrange pre-production meeting and participate with garments pre-production meeting.
∎ Handling all the order of different buyers up to shipment
∎ Handling from inline to final inspection
∎ Regular correspondence with buyer
∎ Fill up all types of GPQ/VQA requirements
∎ Develop & train of the QC team regarding the various defects (Major, Minor, critical & other from the customer);
∎ Maintaining initial, inline & final inspection from sewing to finishing section;
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other;
∎ Develop an internal Quality Control team in GPQ/VQA
∎ Communicate, support and cooperate with internal teams and globally in all RQS/GPQ areas
∎ Develop and secure Factory Suppliers on RQS/GPQ
∎ Providing full concentration to entire Department for quality.
∎ Responsible for Quality assurance.
∎ Assisting in setting of production pattern.
∎ Giving proper training to quality inspectors and iron personnel.
∎ Random checking of garments in the Sewing & Finishing.
∎ Conduct audits using and following buyer’s RQS/GPQ guideline & checklist
∎ Prepare an agreed and clear report after auditing, and send and explain it to the Supplier and those concerned within the Production teams
∎ Analyze the Country's overall supplier development and area of improvement and initiate actions together with the Senior Management
∎ Encourage Factory buyer Suppliers to be proactive in finding the reasons for problems & establish methods & routines to avoid them in the future
∎ Give feedback to suppliers about general quality problems faced in order to prevent similar problems happening in the future
∎ Support and Guide suppliers with practical advice about system development and implementation to secure production
∎ Keep Suppliers updated if there are changes and work in close cooperation with the Suppliers' RQS/GPQ responsible
∎ Explain and create awareness about connections with the Management System and RQS/GPQ
∎ Create awareness about the customer satisfactory quality concept
∎ Work proactively with all the Suppliers and factories to secure buyer's quality standards
∎ Responsible for making "Internal Final Inspection Report'' before shipments.
∎ Any other task handed over by the Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English. Hindi will added extra advantage.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
