Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or equivalent in food science & nutrition or related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the testing of products and recording data
∎ Notifying management of non-conforming material
∎ Write and prepare daily quality/product reporting
∎ Ensure all company safety standards are being utilized
∎ Perform safety and quality audits
∎ Record and save data in company database
∎ Checking worksheet for correct test methods before verifying them.
∎ Other duties as assigned
∎ Ensure proper documents of all quality assurance related documents.
∎ Perform in In process Checking, BMR, BPR & SOPs preparation and checking during manufacturing of products and dispensing of raw materials.
∎ Responsible for all In process Quality Assurance Activities (IPQA) on the production floor including quality oversight and batch record review.
∎ Organize and carryout analytic activities of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products and to ensure quality of product by implementing guidelines of WHO, ICH, BP, USP, FDA etc.
∎ Ensure required GMP, GLP, Training of QC/ Production/ Engineering /Warehouse Personnel.
∎ Ensure other activities like environment control, water sanitization, waste disposal, and validation, and & ETP, housekeeping, health personnel hygiene & recorded in specific formats and logbooks.
∎ Sampling & Analysis of Raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and water.
∎ Preparation and review of SOPs, Specifications and methods for raw material, packaging material & finished products etc.
∎ Validation of analytical methods, cleaning & qualification of equipment.
∎ Preparation and standardization of volumetric solution, secondary working standards from reference standard etc.
∎ Calibration of all sophisticated QA equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 8-10 year(s) experience in a reputed FMCG food products company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Floor/ Line Management, Planning, Quality Inspection.
∎ Should be Dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work overtime when required/some weekends will be required
∎ Experience with product testing, past quality experience required
∎ Auditing experience a plus
∎ Ability to work within a team environment
∎
∎ Must have computer skills
