Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation of quality check of flexible packaging products
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of quality products as per standards
∎ Check sample against product specification to ensure that they meet the quality standards
∎ Check & test the quality machines and chemicals.
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly
∎ Ensure every lot of incoming Raw & packaging materials quality though lab tests as per standards
∎ Strictly maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis
∎ Supervise, train & motivate the QC team to meet the objectives
∎ Prepare report on wastage issue in order to ensure minimum loss of production
∎ Preserve necessary data/documents and test results appropriately

Additional Requirements:
∎ Interpersonal and leadership skill
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability of hazard identification
∎ Sound Knowledge about chemicals used in production of Flexible printing and packaging
