Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate degree in Textile Engineering, major in Apparel Manufacturing Technology from BUTEX or any other reputed university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Garments Finishing, Denim items, Garments Manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all quality issues that are required by customers.
∎ Supervise, coordinate, and lead the team independently.
∎ Maintains and improves product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support for the factory.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Responsible for directing workers to engaging in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
∎ Responsible for buyers any quality inspection failing; final inspection, in process/inline quality audit and inspection, customer (buyer) quality claim and giving on time customer feedback in any quality issues.
∎ Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making a recommendation for improvement as appropriate for the factory.
∎ First output review against the sample & Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Guide to all QI of all section of production and assist them to perform as required.
∎ Recommend ways and means to improve department performance, meet targets, and achieve goals and objectives.
∎ Liaison with merchandising department, buying houses and with related all departments.
∎ Report any deviation in QC system to the management.
∎ Any other assigned task as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to work at the factory.
∎ At least 3 years' experience as a manager in the quality control area of a reputed denim garments company.
∎ Having good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Being Proactive, smart, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
∎ Having leadership skills.
