Job Context:
∎ Deshbandhu Group, engaged in the business of Sugar, Polymer, Cement, Rice, Food & Beverage, Textiles, are looking for suitable candidate for the position of “Manager- Quality Control & Assurance” for its new project “Deshbandhu Packaging Limited. which produces “AD* bag, Small PP sack, FIBC/Jumbo Bag”.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Setting customer service standards
∎ Sample development follows up and to arrange PP meeting to find out required attachment quality control system according to style & buyer requirements.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards. Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers.
∎ Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required, to ensure quality standard.
∎ Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers' compliance standards.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
∎ Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters
∎ Determining training needs
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
∎ Monitoring performance
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on preparing quality documentation, quality SOP and capable/experience on facing technical audit.
∎ The candidate must have experience in quality control & assurance of the product Ad* Bag, Small PP Sack, FIBC/Jumbo bag etc.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in Line to final inspection.
∎ Should be capable to ensure the product quality
∎ Capable or must have experience on facing technical audit.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on preparing Quality SOP.
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Can handle buyer & suggest alternative solution.
