• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Manager Quality Assurance – Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing for the factory who is really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Manager Quality Assurance – Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities of Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing departments.

• Ensure fabric quality meets buyer requirements, international standards, and approved specifications.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Technical, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Handle buyer audits, third-party inspections, and quality requirements.

• Analyze quality reports, root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor fabric testing parameters including GSM, shade, fastness, pH, shrinkage, spirality, and defects.

• Train and develop QA/QC team members to improve efficiency and quality awareness.

• Ensure continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, and claims.

• Target to achieve near to zero customer issues on technical side.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
