Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monitoring and measurement requirements to deliver quality products;
∎ Establish adequate and effective procedures for monitoring and measurements of products quality;
∎ Review and ensure that monitoring and measurement procedures are followed as per Buyer requirement & our Q.A Manual;
∎ Collect data from measurement processes and analyze as appropriate for improvement;
∎ Keep liaison with concern departments/sections (store-packing) on quality matter to ensure 100% quality;
∎ Advise immediate superior in the event of any deviation regarding quality and take corrective action plan;
∎ Ensure the discipline & Buyer compliance in the quality department;
∎ Ensure coordination with Buyer Q.C & fulfill their requirements;
∎ Ensure 100% product quality & on time shipment;
∎ Ensure all kinds of required report, Register & Documents;
∎ Ensure all training and awareness program regarding quality related issues according to Company and Buyer requirements;
∎ Train, motivate, appraise the the sub-ordinates for continuous improvement of the quality;
∎ Drive LEAN & KAIZAN culture;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the large knit garments factories QA system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
