Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline in B.Sc Engineer in Textile is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Business/ Product Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Inspection, Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing), Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Very good communication skill in English (Writing and Speaking both)
∎ Excellent Skill in IT- MS word/excel/Outlook/PPT etc...
∎ Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
∎ Handling Oversees inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
∎ Work Experience preferred in Global inspection company like: (ITS/BV/SGS)
∎ At least 5 years experience as a quality manager in reputed Garment factory
∎ Well organizer to set up the overall quality system in garment factory(Store/Cutting/Embroidery/Sewing/Finishing)
∎ Vast knowledge to manage quality team (QC/QA)
∎ Experience to proceed AQL inspection
∎ Knowledge about Industrial engineering
∎ Factory self assessment / Quality audit & reporting
∎ Need to communicate customer's quality team independently
∎ Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
∎ Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians
∎ Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
∎ Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
∎ Conduct periodic management review meetings.
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience as quality manager
∎ Outstanding communication skills in English
∎ In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
∎ Capable to handle all type of inspection.
