∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Candidates should have enough experience in working with on world famous brands.
∎ Only foreign candidate will be acceptable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
∎ Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth
∎ Manage quality assurance and quality control staff who fall under the following departments: production, inspection, process validation, quality control, labeling and failure investigation
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
∎ Setting customer service standards
∎ Collect, analyze and summarize quality control/quality assurance trends and data, compile information into reports, and present reports
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
∎ Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
∎ Eyeing on the objectives to maximize the profitability of the organization
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
∎ Writing management and technical reports and customers' charters
∎ Providing training to individuals who handle the product
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability
∎ Supervise technicians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures
∎ Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
∎ Monitoring performance of all the quality assurance and control staff
∎ Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff
∎ Formulate strategies to increase productivity
∎ Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources
∎ Identify Opportunities to Enhance Efficiency
∎ Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
∎ Review the organization's process to ensure whether they align with the current policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years as Manager in Quality Assurance department in a well reputed group of companies & or Brands.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Good Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel)
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.

Salary: Negotiable
